Ok, I dont want to be an a****** or be hated by everybody, but, IN MY OPINION, there are some important details to be considered before accepting sby on the team. 1) Skill ! ( plz be honest )
-strafe jump
-aim
-map knowledge
-team support (in & out-game)
2) If you are not good enough (and lets be honest) maybe you can be a great support for the team with some technical details and stuff, taking care of the site, designing models, or some other things
3) After posting in this site, you are not a member yet!! If I dont know you I will always refuse to accept you on the team, I need to know ur skills and ur behaviour in and out game!!!
4) Once you have posted in THIS section ur interest about joining us you must wait about a week (maybe less) to see the whole team response to your post, dont go mad, relax, this good organization requires some time...
5) Once you are IN the team you MUST check this site VERY OFTEN, it obviously contents almost all the info about our OA development and matches.
