Im not sure who created this file, but i have used this brightskin on my server for a while now. I know that there are other types of brighskins as well, for now I only have this one.

A new texture pack has been developed by Chiquita and Speaker to end those untextured maps for openarena.
This pack should be in use soon at most servers, now its has support at Nemesis and V server.

Theres a new brightskin available, its much smaller than the one i have. Let s see if you like it
Both old and new brightskins were done by Razer

Note: In order for the new brightskin to work, you will have to remove the old one from baseoa folder.
Both brightskins are supported at Nemesis and V server, so its a matter of personal choice

ok...so the new mod on nemesis screwed up all my settings...i need help! i take it everyone else is also in need of the new settings. can you guys list some basics for me....i cant hardly strafe!

heres the commands i did so far, in addition to turning off map textures, models & so forth....

You should copy and paste this into notepad and save as myfile.cfg
You must put this cfg file in your baseoa folder.
Start the game and to execute it, open the console and type: /exec myfile.cfg

thanks so much...i'll try this in 5 min. something is really weird and up with OA...it almost feels like a virus bc stuff is changing all the time. last time i got on my attack button was gone!

Ike ive had it where I had to change my settings due to no button being used to fire quite a few times. Its usually when in the settings menus I accidentally double click something and dont notice, so left mouse is switch to rockets or something like that. surprised

I wouldn't worry about your OA being glitchy if anything odd happens you can always delete it and reinstall.

I dunno but i think the new mod messed up my q3config file somehow. I wasnt able to see the Master Server list until I returned to my default config file. Very weird. Anyone else having problems since installing the new mod?
